Fully Accredited Vein Center in New England
Ocean State Cardiovascular & Vein Center opened its doors in January of 2013. Since that time, the center has been a leader in cardiovascular care in northern Rhode Island. Both Dr. Saber and Dr. Elgabry strongly believe in meeting the needs of their patients, and they have designed their practice accordingly. With affiliations at six local hospitals and the creation of five satellite offices, they bring the highest level of cardiac care to their patients, and they do it in surroundings that are comfortable for the individuals they serve. The facility is IAC-accredited in four modalities, allowing it to stand out from the rest. These accreditations set a higher standard for the delivery of quality testing and services.
